When was the last time you pass a shop, do not show a clear external signs to get to customers and to convince a purchase? Now, as strange as sounds, despite the quality of your products and services and the content you have on your site – this may be just what you do online!

Consider an example. A very common goal of a business website is to just run and generate inquiries, which in turn orders and sales. Basic online marketing tells us that there are usually three steps involved to achieve this:

1) Get your website noticed in search engine results
2) To the people of your products with a sales pitch attractive interest.
3) Convert the user to a potential client with an appropriate discount.

The first 2 parts of this process are discussed in detail in my other articles. For now I would like to specifically look at the third and final item on the list above and why simple and important. Converting a Web site users in a potential customer, to encourage them to make an inquiry is simply a matter of presentation of a good position, pushing call to action. This can also simple or complex as you want. It could be simply a text link from the main text of your page, click on that “says here to be to contact us. It could be a more detailed graphical Call to action is usually better because it more on the side and offers the user interested and simply link to your contact page.
