Now and then I found a site that I say, “makes Wow, what a useful resource! Open Source Web Design (OSWD) One of those sites is.

How do you say of the articles I can on MyWebResource submitted, I am a strong advocate to optimize the use of templates to develop websites. As a designer, I am free, ready-made templates to give back to the Internet community, and I really do like it, but sometimes the idea machine comes to a screeching halt. That’s where sites OSWD may be valuable.

I came to OSWD one day as I seek to model web sites. I was looking for new ideas to get me out of a crisis I was in the help. You can do the standard 3-column many times before to really boring.

When I started surfing the OSWD template directory, I was convinced of the overall presentation and design of the website, but was somewhat disappointed by the lack of features. I quickly recovered from my disappointment after watching a few hundred of some of the best site design, I laid eyes on. I consider myself a pretty good designers, but many drawings OSWD really stand out from the crowd.

What impressed me more than anything else on OSWD and hundreds of templates that you will find that most drawings are at least W3C XHTML 1.0 Transitional and CSS 2.0. Many are XHTML Strict! In the years I have been on the net and thousands of model-driven websites, I can tell you from experience that so many high-quality services, standards-compliant models, is rare, very rare!

I like the OSWD site and community so much, I even started the traditional “static” drawings again after making the last two years XOOPS themes almost exclusively.

For the administrator and the community of OSWD, tip my hat I am of you. You have a resource that is produced is by far one of my favorites, and I firmly believe that every webmaster should have to submit your site to your favorites. If for no other reason than the fingers on the pulse of what’s new and hot to hold in the design standards compatible.
