The reality is that, of course, your site must be accessible to disabled visitors, chances are pursued, practically in the UK anyway. People think that the RNIB to get it, but that simply is not true. The first step is to take these guys to call and ask politely probably not a few tweaks to the site, and only when specifically asked to represent one of their “clients”.

If you do not make minor changes, they can lodge a complaint against you for a very long process of exhausting all the details, they can present your case in the Democratic Republic of the Congo file. Every website owner with half a brain would immediately make changes to their nuke site a little more accessible and can thus, any possibility of prosecution. You must be an attempt to make your site a bit more to be seen on the web.

The smallest error in the code to comply with the non-compliance with W3C recommendations, or to a minimum by the British government WCAG “Priority 1″ recommended lead the latest. I bet even a few pages on the websites of the Government of the United Kingdom has such tests!
